After having issues with my realtor I went looking for a replacement and bumped into Dina. Within 5 minutes of talking we were on the same page and it was immediately apparent that my current realtor was not going to be able to help me sell my house. With a bit of difficulty I changed agents to Dina. She kept me updated with offers and information and sent me frequent updates when something new was happening. Selling a home can be stressful for a first time seller and she helped me jumping through all of the hoops. I highly recommend Dina as a realtor. Experience matters. This is a business transaction and accuracy and details count. Having a family friend as a realtor does me no favors when most agents cost the same. The fact that there were no issues after she took over is a reflection on her skill as I'm sure she's catching potential pitfalls before they happen; instead of dealing with a problem afterwards where mistakes can cost thousands of dollars.

Dina and Israel both made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning making sure I was herd and found exactly what I was looking for. They also helped me inspect the homes I visited and pointed things out that might need repairs or looked older. They answered all of my questions no matter what time of day and always keep me up to date during the closing process. Now that I've closed they are continuing to help me as a new home owner. I'm very glad i found them.
