SOLD: Dina did it!!! We went to closing on my dad's house today. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us. We had some ups and downs trying to find the right buyer, but in the end she sold it for exactly what she said she could from the start. She actually had three interested buyers right away, but they all wanted us to come down to what they could afford. Waiting a couple of months and trying a different strategy with the price paid off. Dina and her team are AMAZING, to say the least! She has been our realtor since 2014 when we purchased our home, but since then she has always been available to help with any mortgage/loan inquiries or situations that we may come across. We recently went through the process of a DSCR loan for an investment property and Dina was there to guide us every step of the way through closing. The loan was initially declined by a few lenders because it is a unique property (fourplex converted to a single family home), which the lenders did not like, but Dina referred us to an amazing team of loan officers that were finally able to get us approved and closed! Dina was instrumental in helping us with documentation that was required by underwriting and she even got frequent updates for us throughout the process. Dina and Israel are amazing and wonderful to work with! They are very helpful and experts at what they do, definitely the best in the business! We will always go to them for any realty needs.

Dina and Isreal we great answered calls and helped with with all my questions even if they didn’t have answers to they’d find them for me. But the lending side was the worst experience ever if neighborhood loans contacts you prepare to have 9 people messaged you and them not be on the same page which makes this whole process even more stressful but my realtors help with everything and made things better
